What makes developing cool!

There aren’t many industries where an individual can create something from scratch, similar to an artist with a blank canvass and it be enjoyed by millions – for free, anywhere, anytime.  After reading virtual brick building article I thought I should talk about it, and share it to the world.

It’s a pretty cool app, and a slick way to teach youth & adults about engineering.  I played with for hours, and got interested into what’s exactly under the hood.  It’s primarily using WebGL along with the  <canvas> tag found in HTML5. WebGL is a JavaScript 3D graphics API tool that allows the developers to grant you endless lego pieces!   You can learn more about WebGL here.  I’ve also found out that you can build and share with friends and family via Google+.
